Talbot
Services staff members are alcohol and drug treatment professionals
who have many years of experience in providing assessments, education,
group and individual therapy and screenings. All counseling staff
are licensed by the State of Ohio either as social workers, professional
counselors, or licensed independent chemical dependency counselors.

 Randall
LaFond
INSTRUCTOR
For over 25 years,
Randall LaFond has worked as a counselor, clinical director, program
director and chief executive officer for hospitals and treatment
agencies. He holds a Master of Arts degree, a Master of Divinity,
and a Master of Business Administration. He is also an Independent
Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and a Certified Employee
Assistance Professional (CEAP). |

Schroeder
NURSE
Marta is a Registered Nurse, receiving her Associates Degree
in Applied Science at Owens. She has 16 years
of experience in the psychiatric and behavioral health
service with hospitals and medial centers in the area.

Hamp
FACILITATOR
As a Licensed Independent Chemical
Dependency Counselor, Frank has 23 years of experience
in his field, and 15 years as a
counselor in intervention programs. He has earned
his Associates Degree in Mental Health Technology, and
graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Family Life Education.

Pat Graden
INSTRUCTOR
Mary is a certified instructor for both Defensive Driving
and Juvenile Driving courses, and has also worked in the
Safety Council of Northwest Ohio for six years.

Crystal
Sparks
INSTRUCTOR
A native Toledoan, Crystal has extensive experience working
in the field of Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Case
Management. She has a Bachelors in Institutional Healthcare
Supervision and a Masters in Education/SBH, and is also a
Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor.
